Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. No, we are primarily a wholesale supplier so we do not have a showroom.

Q. Can I install the AC Unit myself?
A. In certain situations, yes. Some installs are much easier than others and based on your building situation you may be able to do the install yourself. Please contact a local representative for more information.

Q. Can I pick up the AC Unit?
A. Yes, pick up can be done at our local warehouses. Please contact a local representative for more information.

Q. How do I pay?
A. Net30 accounts must be paid with a cheque made out to HC Air Conditioning. Due on Receipt invoices can be paid with a cheque (given to the installer upon completed work) as well as Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Q. How soon can I get my AC installed?
A. Between April and September, our typical lead time is between 5 and 10 days. The installer will contact you within 2 days of you placing your order to confirm a date and time for the installation.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We want to make sure our customers are satisfied, so any damage or defects within the first year of ownership will qualify for a brand new AC unit.We will do our absolute best to ensure the cleanest and best looking installation based on your building situation.
